KVP takes the subject of confidentiality very seriously.

As agents of our law firms, we ensure that all our staff follow the rules of confidentiality as laid out in Chapter 7 of the Law Society’s Professional Code of Conduct.

As part of our ongoing customer service training program, we have integrated a training session devoted to the subject of confidentiality.
