Runner Services

Although many search products have been privatized, the following services must still be obtained in person at Land Titles:

• Land registrations (i.e. transfer, mortgage, caveat, discharges, etc.)
• Survey plans
• Archived copies of documents and titles
• Name searches

Once these services are completed, Land Titles staff members deposit the documents into our "call box".  Our runners pick up and drop off documents at Land Titles on an hourly basis.  This privilege enables minimum turnaround times on land registrations and greater productivity for our clients.
