Runner ServicesAlthough many search products have been privatized, the following services must still be obtained in person at Land Titles Office (LTO):
- Registrations against land (i.e. mortgage, caveat etc.)
- Discharges of registrations against land
- Transfers of land ownership
- Survey plans
- Archived copies of documents and titles
- Certified copies of documents
- ALTA name searches
Our runners pick up and drop off at LTO on an hourly basis. LTO staff members deposit completed document registrations and service requests into our Land Titles "Call box".
This privilege enables minimum turnaround times on land registrations and greater productivity for our clients.
