Marriage LicensesTo obtain a marriage license, both parties must visit the registry, and each bring two pieces of identification as well as any supporting documents (i.e. divorce certificate). The agent will complete an affidavit which you will swear or affirm. The agent will then issue you a license. All marriage licenses are valid for 90 days.
